What happens in the first session at The Form Edit?

New guests start with The First Form — three 60-minute private reformer sessions with founder Gonca Akkel for AED 390. We assess posture, mobility and goals, walk you through the machine, and build a movement plan tailored to your body across the three visits.

Do I need previous Pilates experience?

No. The Form Edit is by referral and works one-on-one, so every session is calibrated to your level — whether it's your first time on a reformer or you've trained for years.

What should I wear to a reformer Pilates session?

Fitted activewear you can move in, and grip socks (we have a small selection at the studio if you forget yours). Avoid loose tops, zippers or buckles that can catch on the reformer straps.

Where is the studio and where do I park?

The Form Edit is at Azizi Riviera 16, Nad Al Sheba 1, Dubai — five minutes from Meydan and MBR City. Free visitor parking is available directly in front of the building.

How do I book if the studio is by referral?
