These terms apply to every booking made with The Form Edit and to the use of our studio at Azizi Riviera 16, Nad Al Sheba 1, Dubai.
1. Booking & payment
- All bookings are made through your account on this website.
- Packages are paid upfront and grant a specific number of session credits.
- Prices shown at checkout are the authoritative prices. Displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Packages & credit validity
- Intro Offer — 1 Class — AED 130. First-time guests only, valid for 14 days from purchase.
- Intro Offer — 2 Classes — AED 220. First-time guests only, valid for 20 days from purchase.
- The First Form — 3 sessions for AED 300. One-time introductory offer, one per person, based on email identity, valid for 30 days from purchase.
- Single Class — AED 160, valid for 30 days from purchase.
- 3 Class Pack — AED 435, valid for 45 days from purchase.
- 5 Class Pack — AED 675, valid for 60 days from purchase.
- 8 Class Pack — AED 990, valid for 90 days from purchase.
- Founding Membership (Unlimited Monthly) — the Founding Membership provides unlimited reformer Pilates sessions at The Form Edit for a monthly rate of AED 1,250. Founding memberships are limited and available to early members only.
- • This membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
- • After the initial 3 months, the membership continues month-to-month unless cancelled.
- • Billing occurs automatically on the 1st of each month.
- • Members may hold a maximum of 3 active bookings at a time.
- • All class bookings require 24-hour cancellation notice.
- • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or booking restriction.
- • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- • The Form Edit reserves the right to adjust the class schedule as needed.
- Expired credits are forfeited and are not refundable or extendable except in cases of documented studio closure or medical reasons at our sole discretion.
3. Cancellation, reschedule & refunds
- New client offers & introductory packages — non-refundable. You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancelling or attempting to reschedule inside 24 hours, or not showing up, means the session is treated as used: it cannot be refunded or rebooked.
- Regular and multi-session packages — non-refundable. Individual sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time, provided the new booking falls within the package's validity period. Late cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows forfeit that session.
- Regular Single Session (AED 160) — refundable when cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time. You can choose either a full refund to your original payment method or a new time. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked.
- The studio may cancel or reschedule a class for operational reasons (instructor illness, force majeure). Affected sessions are returned or refunded in full.
4. Waitlist
- Joining a waitlist is free. No payment is taken and no session is deducted, and it is not a confirmed booking.
- If a place opens up you are invited to claim it within a limited window. Claiming takes you through the normal booking flow — you pay then, or use an eligible session you already hold. The booking is only confirmed once that completes.
- While you are claiming, the place is held for you for a short period so it cannot be taken by someone else.
- If you do not claim the place within the window, nothing is charged and the place passes to the next person in line. This is not treated as a cancellation or no-show.
5. Sharing sessions with friends
- Members can gift individual sessions from certain package types to friends.
- A gift link is valid for 14 days. Unclaimed gifts return to the sender's account.
- The First Form intro package cannot be gifted.
- A monthly limit applies (currently 5 gifts per member per calendar month) to prevent misuse.
6. Health & safety
- Reformer Pilates is a physical activity. You confirm during onboarding that you are medically fit to participate.
- You must disclose relevant injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions so the instructor can adapt the session or decline participation.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be refused entry for safety reasons; the credit is treated as used.
- You participate at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, The Form Edit is not liable for injury other than that caused by our proven gross negligence.
7. Studio etiquette
- Grip socks required.
- Please respect the small-group format and other guests.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a membership for abusive behaviour, without refund of unused credits in such cases.
8. Account & communications
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for the security of your login.
- By booking with us you agree to receive transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, cancellations). Marketing emails are opt-in.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, videos, logos) belongs to The Form Edit or its licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without written consent.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
